Filming Skills Practice
In this task we practised filming and explored different camera angles and shots. We used a tripod in order for the camera to be still. The first is a mid tracking shot - to improve, we would slow down the movement of the camera to make it more consistent. The second is a close up of the ticking clock, in which you can see my reflection. To improve, I would adjust the lighting and camera so that I would not be visible - however, I am satisfied with this as I filmed a lot of footage, as opposed to our preliminary task, in which we were missing a shot. Thirdly is a long shot, which we filmed by placing the camera tripod on a table - we had to film this a few times so that it was not shaky. Lastly, is an extreme close up of my hand - we had to make sure of the continuity, as the book on my lap had to be in the same position as in the earlier shot.
