Preliminary Task

For the preliminary task, I worked with Ashleagh and Ellie. We showed Ashleagh walking into a room, sitting down and having a conversation with me. We used the technique shot reverse shot, which proved challenging as we had to try and keep the camera at a similar angle and position after filming the opposite person. I learnt to shoot as much footage as possible (which I will apply to my final piece) because of our continuity error when Ashleagh reaches the door but the camera cuts before she opens it. Overall, this task was successful as the camera was steady and the editing was consistent.
